Gotchappon is a gamified prepaid marketplace that walks customers through the door of real food venues. Delivery apps take food out of restaurants — Gotchappon brings prepaid customers back in.

How a spin works

You start from a venue, not from a menu. Inside a venue you pick a machine, and a machine is simply a group of dishes that share one price and one category. You pay that single price once. The machine gives you one of the dishes it holds, and that dish is waiting for you at the counter as a QR voucher. Nothing is shipped, nothing is left to a courier: you walk in and collect it yourself.

Why venues use it

A delivery order moves a meal away from the venue and keeps the customer at home. A spin does the opposite: it is paid before the visit and redeemed inside the venue, so the kitchen knows the demand in advance and the dining room fills up again. Because every dish in a machine shares one price band, the venue decides what goes in and keeps portion and quality consistent across the whole group.

What it is not
